Site details:
This site is created to host the blogs of Ferris and Siowping and the photo journal of their kids, Cepheus and Calyce. Although Ferris and Siowping already have their blogs at ferris.per.sg, Ferris has always wanted to use a more general and meaningful name. This site went live on 23^rd April 2009. The domain name is registered with Libyan Spider Networks and hosted by vodien.com. Their blogs is powered by Movable type.

Why the site name?
This domain/site name was chosen for the exact meaning of dear.ly! Having a wife/husband/kid and maintaining a family is both emotional and monetary taxing. However, we still give our unconditional love and spend big money on them simply because THEY ARE WORTH IT!

P.S. that sentence applies to stuffs like gadgets and watches for Ferris and bags for Siowping. LOL

What's with the teddy bears?
Siowping has this thing for soft toys and owns quite a fair bit of them. She will hug one to bed every night. Truth to be told, Ferris actually has a lot of soft toys too for a guy and he thinks it's kind of cute to use teddy bears to represent them. Most importantly, he thinks that Siowping will love it.
